Overview

Billing that takes minutes, not evenings.

Kwik Invoicing is a focused invoicing program for owner-run businesses and small teams. It covers the whole billing cycle — quote, proforma, invoice, payment and statement — in one place, with a dashboard that shows what is paid, outstanding and overdue.

No accounting degree required. Capture the customer, add the lines, generate a clean PDF and send it. When payment arrives, record it and the customer's balance updates.

Quotes & proformas

Send a professional quote, convert it to a proforma or invoice when the client accepts, and keep the history linked.

Invoices with multiple lines

Bill several products or services on one invoice, with quantities, rates and totals calculated automatically.

Recurring invoices

Set up repeat billing for retainers and monthly services so the same invoice is not retyped every month.

Payments & statements

Record full or partial payments, see who still owes you, and produce a customer statement when it is time to follow up.

Reports at a glance

Invoiced, paid, outstanding and overdue totals, with a monthly revenue view so you can see how the business is tracking.

PDFs, email & PIN lock

Generate PDF invoices, email them to clients, and protect the program with PIN access so the books are not an open window.

Frequently asked

Does Kwik Invoicing work offline?

Yes. Your data is stored locally on your Windows PC. An internet connection is only needed when you choose to email a document to a customer.

Can I use my own logo and banking details on invoices?

Yes. Company details, logo and banking information are configured in settings and appear on the generated PDF documents.

Can I email invoices directly from the program?

Yes. Kwik Invoicing can generate the PDF and hand it to your email setup so you can send it without saving and attaching files manually.

Is it a full accounting package?

No, and that is deliberate. Kwik Invoicing focuses on quotes, invoicing, payments and customer statements. If you use an accountant or a separate bookkeeping package, Kwik handles the billing side cleanly.

Can I import my existing customers?

Depending on the format of your existing data, we can assist with importing customer records. Mention this when you request a quote and we will assess it.
